Downunder Makeup offers refunds on returned items only. To qualify for refunds you are required to provide the following

1. Reason for refund

2. Photos of damaged goods if applicable

Please note that ALL goods shipped leave the warehouse as described and are checked by outwards goods prior to packaging

We understand that breakages can occur during transit, and if this is the case we are more than happy to replace the goods at our cost.

Refunds will not be accepted for "Change of Mind" reasons or claims of "Items Not As Described"

In all cases you are required to email claims@downundermakeup.com.au ,before a refund shall be considered. Please include your order number or receipt number with your claim.
